I don’t have a lot of time, how much time do I need to dedicate to this program?

The Zoom sessions are scheduled for one hour. The actions to take between sessions are typically small manageable changes that fit into your current lifestyle. And the recipes provided take all the guesswork out of planning meals and saves you time.

My schedule can be unpredictable, are the sessions at a dedicated time?

The Zoom sessions are scheduled for your dedicated time chosen but the schedule is flexible and sessions can be rescheduled.

I’ve tried other diets and programs in the past and they didn’t last. How is this program different?

The reason the diets you tried in the past didn't last is because they were not meant to be sustainable. This program will arm you with the skills necessary to not only make changes but also make the changes actually stick!

This is a big investment, what happens if I don’t see results?

While I can't guarantee a specific result because every individual is different; here is what I know to be true... if you show up to the sessions, ask questions, be open to feedback and implement what you learn, you will see positive change. However, you can request a refund for the remainder of the program if you don’t feel this coaching is right for you after the first 2 sessions. 

I’ve been diagnosed with a health condition, can you still help me?

Absolutely. However, I can’t give you medical advice but I can work alongside your doctor to help you implement recommendations. I can not help you if you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or recovering from one. 

I work during the day, what time will the sessions be held?

I get it, I'm a professional working mom as well so the Zoom sessions are typically scheduled after working hours with weekend options. 

Is a meal plan included in the program?

Prescribing meal plans are not in my scope of practice as a health coach. However, you will get access to recipe collections developed by registered dieticians. 

Are training plans included in the program?

Training plans are not in my scope of practice as a health coach. However, you will get access to a workout template you are free to use.
